I have a VTech CS6114 phone. We currently do not have voicemail and caller id with our service provider. However, we have noticed that if we are on the phone when someone calls, the call goes to voicemail and the caller is able to leave a message. We contacted the provider about this and they confirmed that we don't have voicemail. However, they suggested that we should disable the voicemail capabilities on our phone. Is this possible? If so, how do you do it?
