I have had this phone for a few years with no problems. I have high speed internet thru At&t which has not been affected. I check all cords as well as wires.I believe the battery is in great shape also. Just no dial tone one day.I have no book so no idea how to troubleshoot let alone work the damn thing aside from dialing. Thank God for cell phones , thats what I say! hahahha
