I have been using my Verizon V100 Dect 6.0 for several years and had no problems. Suddenly I have Keypad Locked on the screen and I can't use it. What happened? How do I unlock the keypad?

5 My phone did the same thing. I noticed a key icon on the number sign key. When I held it down for a few seconds, the phone unlocked. Holding it down again will lock the key pad again.
