How do I reset my UHO73SX,busy icon always on and ...

How do I reset my UHO73SX,busy icon always on and scan is not working properly, over it ! Please help. Uniden gave me a a reset code, hold down SCAN & OS/GS TURN ON, WAIT 15 sec turn off then back on , does nothing??
