ringer volume...

one of my two phones does not ring. I am missing many calls. How can I find a way to adjust the volume on the ringer from zero to a level I can actually hear it?

0 If the 410 model is similar to the 610 model. Simply press the down arrow in the center of the Handset/Base, this will open a "Ringer Volume" section and here you can turn it up or down.
