I have a uniden phone model AS7401, i have checked with my service provider that i have caller id but incoming calls are not displayed. I have also tried to set date and time on the phone put it keeps reverting back to original settings. Finally if i am on a call and have to an automated service if i press button 2 for eg i loose the call. Please help
