MY PHONE KEEPS BLINKING TELLING ME THERE IS A MESSAGE AND THE WINDOW TELLS ME I HAVE ONE MESSAGE...BUT WHEN I TRY TO OBTAIN MY MESSAGE I'M TOLD THERE ARE NO MESSAGES.... WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ? I Have already replaced the battery once in the past two years...very annoying....thank you
