How do I remove phone from "conf" mode? All three...

How do I remove phone from "conf" mode? All three phones do not work--no dial tone, no incoming calls, nor outgoing calls. These are cordless phones. The base shows Uniden, Power Max 2.4GHz, Digital Spread Spectrum I don't know what happened to cause "conf" to appear. Phone is unusable in conference mode.
