Question About Uniden Cordless Telephone XDECT RO55

I lost power recentlt and lost my greeting. I have recorded a new one but the machine plays your greeting. I had the same problem initially as the manual leaves out one step. You told me how to fix it. Can you call me on 0409833119. Takes under a minute to operate properly.
