I am in Canada, and my 83 year old sister-in-law is in Oregon.She purchased an EXI8560 which is installed through her Comcast somehow. She says the light that is supposed to blink if there is a message(she does NOT have voicemail) is also her charging indicator, and the light never goes out...even when the handset is not in the cradle. Is this a problem...or is this normal? She has had the phone since May...and it still works :) Thanks,
