Our company used to have 9 lines for voice mail setup, we just added a new employee. Their phone line is set up but we are having difficulty setting up her voice mail. We can not figure out what the "default" user ID is. Some manuals say it should be the extension number (20) but when we enter that # followed by the #key it says it is invalid. 0 our strata ctx voice mail has decided to add "message 3 has not been recorded" prior to our message on all of our messages. Is there a way to remove this or reset our system?
