Question About Toshiba Telephone Strata CTX28
uploading audio files...

I'm having some record professional greetings for the 4-5 different messages (holiday, night bell, welcome, etc.) and I want to upload those files to the ctx28 instead of recording them thru the phone system... is this even possible?

0 Yes you can do that. you will need to record your message then save it to your laptop. Then when you get into the GVMU (voice mail for CTX 28) go to the system config. of the voice mail. this is where you will find the place you will need to upload the saved greeting. I do our local TV station and they recorded their own message from the production booth and this is how i uploaded it to their IVP 8. Good luck and if you need any help just post and ill pull a book if i need to.
