Question About Toshiba Telephone Strata CTX
Ringing delay...

There seems to be a delay on the phones when they first start ringing. The extention light begins to blink for about two rings before an audible ring can be heard. I was wondering if this is normal or something that can be corrected through programing. If so, how?
