Recently, my Toshiba DKT2010-SD is defaulting to "speaker phone" when ever I pick up the receiver for either an incoming call or when I am trying to make an. outgoing call- If I press speaker phone button, the call is disconnected Eventually ( several seconds (10-20) it reverts to non-speaker phone. Many of my calls are of a confidential nature- How can I fix this?
