My IP phone (Toshiba IP Enterprise telephone IPT 2010-SD? (the D may be worn or really isn’t there) shows that I am connected to the network. I can make calls / take calls, but no one can hear me and I can’t hear them. I have tried talking via speaker, handset, and via headset, but with no success. I tried calling into my voicemail account from the phone can’t hear anything that way either.
