Question About Toshiba Telephone None
digital phone system hanging up calls...

we will be on a phone call with a client and the phone will hang up- the read out on the phones will say "CO LINE HANGUP" I NEED to know if this is a equipment problem or a ATT service issue. Please respond asap before we lose more clients!!!!
