Default Security Code...

I cannot access my voice mail because I dont know the previous users security code. Can I reset the voice mail code?

1 i bought theses phones on ebay and now it wont work i want to use it at home and i cant seem to get nothing and i have a bussines and when i plug them in up there they just have a pluse nothing else i want to know how i can get them to work and make it have a dial tone as well thank u!
