How dom I change the name on my hand set that is displayed to other interoffice phones when I call them

0 With the handset DOWN, press the INTERCOM/EXT button (your phone may have one or both), then press #621, enter up to a 16 digit name (# changes it from letters to numbers) the 0 key goes through the letters on the number (etc. 2 will give you "A", press the 0 and you get B, C.) If you already have a name up there and you want to clear it: With the handset DOWN, press the INTERCOM/EXT button, then press #620, then press the SPRK button. That SHOULD clear the name on the set.
