Can't access messages...

Employee terminated. Can't access messages. Need to clear Voice Messages and assign a new Security Code We have no manuals for this phone

0 i have the same problem with my toshiba. once an employee leaves they dont give the security code so we have alot of phones blinking and cant access the msgs. once u get an answer can you let me know by commenting back on here thanks :)
