how can i transfer all incoming calls from main phone to another extension? i.e from 1 office to another

0 There are two types of call transfers: 1. Direct Transfer 2. Announced Transfer An announced transfer is where you stay on the line, wait for the person to pick up, and then can drop the call on them. Otherwise, a direct transfer will ring their phone and have the person on the line when it is picked up. For a direct transfer you press the "Cnf/Trn" button and dial the extension. For the announced transfer you dial the extension then stay on the line. Once the other party picks up, you can talk before hanging up which is when the call will actually be transferred to the other person.
