My boss is no longer able to answer calls from his headset, he has to walk over and hit the extension on the phone itself to receive the call (or even get a dial tone.) This just started happening, before he could answer calls away from his desk and now he can't. There is a device that lifts the handset when he hits the answer button on the headset but now needs to walk over and press the extension the call is coming in on.... any solution to this?
