Question About TMC Cordless Telephone None
Not receiving calls from other lines....

Hello, I am using the TMC EPIC EV4500 and for some reason when myself or someone else is on the phone, and someone tries to call my office my other lines do not pick up that call. My patients say that it just keeps ringing but it does not ring into my office. What could the problem be? Thank you!
