There is a major problem with your manuals. I have both of the above models. In the manual for the model 28115FE1, it says to insert the battery pack cord with the white cord on the outside, the black on in the middle and the red on the other side of the black. It fits that way and all is well. However, I have 2 MODEL 28118 SERIES....AND THE INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE INSERTION OF THE BATTERY PACK CORD IS 'IN ERROR'. IN THE MANUAL IT SAYS TO INSERT THE BATTERY PACK CORD DIRECTLY OPPOSITE OF HOW IT GOE IN MODEL 28115fe1. It also won't go into the casing, if you try to put it in with those colors the way it says in the manual. I HOPE THIS DOES NOT CAUSE A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH A BATTERY IN DANGER.
