have a sprint digital answering machine sp-813 the window say 1 in it and the mailbox #3 is red,meaning that the 1 message is in that mailbox..all other check no mail stated,,i tried to delete box 3 the machine wont let me listen or delete it,,window still says 1 and the #3 box still red,,i want to delete the message in box #3 but it wont let me?
