I have the manual, but it doesn't seem to address the problem I am having. Is there a troubleshooting team that can tell me what to do to restore proper service on my Southwestern Bell phone model #FA1020? The dialing mechanism was affected by extreme cold weather and doesn't work properly and doesn't sound right either. Calls come in okay and if I manage to get a number dialed correctly(this is very rare) call is also okay.
