Question About Southwestern Bell Telephone FA1020
can't dial out...

ther went to 9 degrees farenheight last Tuesday here in Long Island N.Y. My dialing capability was changed. I cxan receive calls and can dial out, but dialing is not clear and doesn't always go thru. The sound of the dialing is very different as well.
