Question About Southwestern Bell Caller ID Box FM112B2
Caller ID unit...

I replaced weak batteries, now the New Call light keeps flashing (although there are no new calls and I have cleared any old ones as well) and in the top middle of the display box a small envelope icon keeps flashing as well. The unit was working perfectly until I replaced the batteries
