Question About Sony Cordless Telephone SPP-A1050
everything flashes...

Nothing seems to work,no controls or dial tone, yet every light on the receiver (not the hand set) flashes (blinks) at the same time. A code flashes in the display. It is either EE or 66. I can't tell which.
