When I recently moved and recharged the phone, the handset has not been able to function. While on the charger, the CHARGE light is on. When I pick it up, it beeps four times, and when I hit the TALK button, nothing happens. When the phone rings, I am not able to pick up the call. All other features of the phone (answering machine, etc.) are functioning normally. Is this a problem with the battery on the handset? or something else?
