i have 2 phones that operate differently in the same school office. one can transfer calls via 'flash-ext' and can press the 3rd programming button down on the right column to retrieve the caller if there is no answer. the 2nd phones same button is programmed to call at+t voicemail. i can't find any info on how to change this programming so they match in operation. any help is greatly appreciated :) bdionisio@eusd4kids.org
