I was using the menu function on our new phone in order to set things and the screen went blank. I unplugged the phone and base...even took out the battery for two hours and still no functional screen. What can I do to restore screen functionality so it has a display screen? I can not set the phone back to default settings because I can not see what menu function to select. Help...
