Question About Samsung Telephone idcs 28d
works in speakerphone only...

Same problem with both 28D and 24D. With handset on receiver I can get a dial tone by selecting "speaker." When I pick up the receiver, however, I cannot get a dial tone or connect with a call. Very confused.
