ok so if i transfer a call it rings to the office, what if i put the call on hold and announce the caller and when i hang up my line does not release and keeps ringing in said persons office until he picks up and hangs up or hits release, how do we turn this feature off. when i hang up it should not keep ringing to the phone i was calling???? please help
