My office telephone (SMT-P2110) is extremely quiet...

My office telephone (SMT-P2110) is extremely quiet; you can barely hear an incoming call... But when i press the ring button to test the different tones, it rings very loudly

0 Have you tried adjusting the volume switch on the back of the phone? It says RING HI LO.
