I seem to have activated a "not available" function, and need to deactivate it!...

Hi. I've got a problem and need help please. My phone is one of extensions on a Samsung NX-820, and I pressed some digits accidentaly and now the recepcionist is not able to transfer calls to my extension, a message "no disponible" (not available in Spanish) appears. What do I need to press in my keypad to dissable this function? Thanks.
