i need to change the time on my display. phone is ...

i need to change the time on my display. phone is samsung idcs 28d. however when I try the transferr 200 , 1234 it takes me to enable or disable custom settings.

0 Transfer 200 1234 then use the up and down arrow keys to ENABLE cust. prog. Speaker 505 Enter day, date, time info. Transfer
