I have a samsung phone, model no: SF 371P/XFA. For some or other reason the telephone does not want to print the faxes. i am not sure whether I pressed something which has caused this. It is the first time it is happening. When someone sends a fax to my telephone number, I can see that the fax is busy coming through, however nothing prints. Can you help? marlene Ruiters
