Question About Samsung Telephone OfficeServ DS-5038s
I have a Samsung OfficeServ DS-5038s in my office ...

I have a Samsung OfficeServ DS-5038s in my office and the third button from the left in the third row of the programmable buttons is a alight a steady red but no line is engaged or busy. When I press it it says "708: Waiting for SETUP_ACK msg !" Would anybody know how to make the light disappear? Any help is much appreciated!
