0 Revised the question: How do I reprogram the Samsung 816 phone to not recall my line if I transffer a call to another extention? I need to have the voicemail pick up so the person can leave a message for the person I transfered them to and for some reason the phone recalls my line instead of dropping the call into our voicemail system. I have been trying to figure this out for weeks and no one can seem to help any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !
