0 For anyone else who has this issue:
To reset a password:
Press the VM button,
Press *,
Press #0000 -(main greeting will be playing)
Press your Admin password which will take you to the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION MENU,
Go to SUBSCRIBER ADMINISTRATION by pressing 2,
Enter the subscriber number (extension # you want to reset) followed by # key,
To accept, press 1,
to edit subscriber press 5,
reset password to default 0000, press 1.
