Question About Samsung Telephone DS-5014S
Getting phone to pick up on Voicemail...

I have set my voice mail, correctly however the line will ring and never goes to Voicemail, I have looked through the manual and can not understand why this is happening. Is there a setting in teh PABX for teh number of calls before going to voicemail, if so, how do I set this up.
