Hi we work in an office where 2 of the managers are going to be out alot so wanted to get their calls to forward on to their mobiles. I dialed trf 102 then set the scrolled to ext before entering 9 followed by their number. their display says ext frwd on but calls are still going to their office phone. HELP. I could also put their mobiles on an ext if that is easier but don't know how to
