My OfficeServ was programmed by the installer to ring the office phone first (of course) and then ring ext 25 about 5 seconds later, followed by ext 26, etc etc. so after about 15-20 seconds, eventually the office phone (ext 21) and all 4 extensions (ext 25 to 28) are ringing. Problem is, I now need ext 28 to ring immediately. I think it had something to do with the night setting. The phone company has since gone bust, so there will be no help there! Anybody any ideas?
