Question About Samsung Telephone DCS-408
DS-5007S with DCS 408...

Screen says Ver V2.2 2003 4.30 and it clicks every 4 seconds. There is no dial tone. If the phone rings, the extensions ring intermittently (probably once every 10 seconds. When any handset is picked up, there is nothing, but the screen shows 71 (for line 1) and then resets, and the phone still rings throughout. Is this the fault with the 5007S or the DCS 408?

0 And another thing.. Presuming I ever find out what's wrong, everything I read says that it can do Caller ID. I've never been able to find out how. Do I need another plug in device or something? I've always had caller ID from BT, as now that the system is knackered, I've had to unplug it and put a cordless phone in to replace the system, and yes, caller ID comes up on the cordless, but has never come up on the DS-5007S in the 3 years that I've had it.
