Question About Samsung Conference Phone DS 24D
our phone system has three lines, the second line ...

our phone system has three lines, the second line is disconnecting the caller. It doesn't happen continuously. We have had our telephone provider check our wires, they are good. Something is wrong with either the phones or the system itself. Any ideas?
