Question About Samsung Conference Phone DS 616
Does not ring...

Hi, our phone will not ring when a call comes through. Instead the lights only flash. How do i change so it rings again. Please answer too

0 We currently have nine (9) Samsung DS 616 System telephones for our business; I have no complaints with the product with the exception of not being able to get the information needed instructing me how to turn the ringer ON with my existing DS 24D User Guide. I am looking for a user guide instructing me how to turn the ringer “ON” on our existing telephones. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
