Question About Samsung Bluetooth Headset WEP350
reset doesn't work...

Go to your cellphone carriers site,e.g. www.wireless.att.com/device-support. Follow the directions, and it will tell u how to set it up with your new phone; because some of the new phones have to be paired/connected on-line.
