Question About Samsung Bluetooth Headset WEP350
Reset Does Not Work...

Similar to an earlier posting, I bought a new phone to replace my malfunctioned one. I am not able to pair the WEP350 with the new phone despite having used the reset button. Any other alternative solutions that can be done? Is there a set length of time to hit the reset in order for it to work? Please help. Thank you.
