I have a Samsung wep 300 bluetooth earpiece that ...

I have a Samsung wep 300 bluetooth earpiece that I wish ti use with my new laptop computer...I had it installed on my old one but have upgraded and I don't have the password anymore...There was a program I think called Blue Soil that used to pair them, but I cannot locate this program now...Can anyone HELP...Thanking all in advance, Leslie
