Question About RCA Telephone 25403
waiting...message after switching telco company to newer VOIP/T1 servic...

changed voice/line services to 'VOIP' service provider (T1) thru a Cisco router ; idle voltage is at max. 40 VDC but phone(s) all have 'please wait' message . Installing to 'real' copper POTS/ telco line and phones work , access lines OK.. Help - too expensive to switch back to telco/copper lines.
